How far ahead should I book my cake?

As soon as possible! People often book 6-12 months before the wedding.

How many weddings do you do in a weekend?

To ensure your cake is given the utmost care and attention, I only take one wedding per day.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, and yes!

When do you schedule tasting sessions?

Appointments are generally booked Monday-Thursday. The time slots can often be flexible, scheduling after work hours if necessary. We do not take appointments Friday-Sunday.

What should I expect in my tasting and design session?

During your session, you will taste some of the more popular flavors and look through photos to determine the taste and style of your customized Classic Cake.
A typical session lasts approximately one hour.

Is there a limit to the number of people I can bring with me to my tasting?

While we understand there are friends and family that may want to participate, we ask that you have no more than four (4) in attendance.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, 1/3 of the projected cost is required to secure the wedding date.

What days would be considered for holiday rates?

All normally accepted U.S. Holidays AND specified days preceding and following that Holiday. Rush orders for cakes placed within 7 days of the actual wedding will also be charged at the holiday rate.

Yes, please ask if you'd like a list of our preferred vendors.

Do you deliver cakes to outdoor locations?

Yes, however, all cakes in an outdoor or non-climate controlled location MUST be a fondant cake. We will not deliver a cake decorated in buttercream icing unless it is in a venue that is climate controlled.
