DEPOSIT: 1/3 of projected cost will be due upon booking. (Non-refundable after 3 days)

BALANCE DUE: No later than 3 days (72 hours) prior to actual time of wedding.*

* FAILURE TO PAY BALANCE ON TIME WILL RESULT IN NON-DELIVERY OF THE CAKE AND FORFEITURE OF ANY AND ALL DEPOSITS.

A REFUNDABLE deposit will be charged for all cakeware.

(Fountains, cake plateaus, bridges, plates, pillars, Masonite cakeboards, etc.)

A separate check is required for this, which will be held until all cakeware is returned in good condition.

Customer will have ONE WEEK (7 days) to return ALL cakeware in order to get deposit back. If cakeware is not returned in ONE WEEK we will assume customer wishes to purchase it, and will deposit refund check on the 8th day.

Customer has the option to purchase all of their cakeware outright if they wish to eliminate the need for returning it. THIS OPTION MUST BE CHOSEN AT TIME OF BOOKING! Purchase price of cakeware will be added in at that time.

* HOLIDAYS- Time-and-a-half rates (AN ADDITIONAL 50% OF THE TOTAL CHARGE FOR CAKES AND SETUP FEES) are in effect on any and all normally accepted U.S. Holidays AND specified days preceding AND following that Holiday.

The following specific days are charged at the Holiday rate:

January: New Year's Day (including New Year's Eve)

February: Valentine's Day

March/April: Easter

May: Memorial Day

July: Independence Day (July 4)

September: Labor Day

November: Thanksgiving

December: Christmas (ALL days from December 21 through December 31)

RUSH ORDER - Any cake order placed 5 days or less prior to the actual wedding or event will

also be calculated at the Holiday rate. (50% higher)


** IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT PREVIEW APPOINTMENTS **

The preview appointment, which normally lasts about an hour, is specifically structured to help you design your cake, determine servings needs, and make any other relevant decisions prior to ordering. All options involving your order are discussed during this appointment. The preview appointment does not obligate you to order.

If , within a reasonable time frame after ordering, you find that changes are necessary, these changes can easily be handled by telephone, fax, or email, and I gladly make myself available to you for that purpose.

However, if more than one "sit down" appointment is desired,

there is an additional $45 per hour consulting fee for each subsequent appointment. (One hour minimum)
